About these terms

These terms apply when you browse https://dripcart.in or order from DripCart Irrigation Products. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown per meter or per piece.
Product photos and illustrations are for guidance; actual colour and finish can differ slightly.
If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before we confirm your order.

Orders

An order placed on the website is a request. Our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm stock, delivery charge and payment.
Your order is accepted only after this confirmation.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area.

Payment

Until online payment is switched on, you pay after our team confirms your order, using the method we agree with you. When online payment is available, it is processed by a secure payment gateway; we do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver within Tamil Nadu. Charges and timing are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Survey, design and installation

Field survey, drip design and installation are quoted separately. Recommendations depend on the crop, land and water details you share and are confirmed after a field survey. Service warranty terms are given in your quotation.

Subsidy guidance

We help you understand the government micro-irrigation subsidy process. Subsidy availability, percentage and amount depend on eligibility and current government rules; DripCart does not guarantee subsidy approval.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the products we supplied for that order.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
