Refund & Returns Policy

சுருக்கம்: சேதமான, தவறான அல்லது குறைவான பொருட்கள் வந்தால் புகைப்படத்துடன் WhatsApp-ல் தெரிவியுங்கள்; சரிபார்த்து மாற்றித் தருவோம் அல்லது பணத்தைத் திருப்பித் தருவோம். பயன்படுத்தாத பொருட்களை 7 நாட்களுக்குள் திருப்பி அனுப்பலாம் (போக்குவரத்து செலவு வாடிக்கையாளருடையது).

Damaged, wrong or missing items

• Check your items when they arrive.
• WhatsApp us on +91 70103 02247 with photos within 2 days of delivery.
• After checking, we will replace the item or refund it.

Returning unused items

Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays the return transport.

Items we cannot take back

Pipes and laterals cut to the length you ordered, and items that have been installed or used, cannot be returned.

Cancellations

To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or phone. There is no cancellation charge, even after dispatch.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 days.
